At AS CARTIFY LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Personalized Items
As most of our products are customized or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
